An example has just come in of what purports to be a comment on a BIB post but is in fact a promotional message. However, in this case what it's promoting may be of interest to BIB readers.

Layne Publications, based in South Carolina, claims to have the largest directory of tablatures for banjo, mandolin, and bluegrass guitar, plus online lessons for fiddle, Dobro, dulcimer, and bluegrass jamming. The standard price is $2.99 for a tab and jam track (and $69.99, for instance, for the total forty-eight bluegrass banjo tabs/tracks); you can also sign up for some free material. The site also sells the CDs of Jordan Layne Bourland, himself a picker.
